“I don’t know where to begin.  How I found Rita is interesting but unimportant to me.  I found her.  I was aware that I had deeply buried trauma from a deeply traumatizing childhood and while I had used various tactics over the years to try and heal some of it, there was more, seething below the surface and in charge of my life in so many ways, my relationships, my experiences in my work life until I found Rita. As we began digging into the pain and rage in my memories and neutralizing those traumatized pieces, I noticed  awareness of my first go-to reactions increasing.  That awareness was a light, a dawning, a realization that I had a choice.  My reactions started changing.  I can have contrast in my life and observe and investigate rather than reacting with anger, rage, despair, etc.  It is a choice and I’m aware of that now.  That is freedom. I am becoming freer.  I can rest.  I don’t have to live “on-guard” in a protective state.  That protective structure I built is no longer needed and as we deconstruct that exhausting way I’ve lived my whole life, I am changing, my life is changing.  My experiences with people I work with are changing.  I can see the possibilities for a whole new different life of freedom and love and creativity and so on.

It is beyond me to try to capture all that Rita does, all that she is helping me with, she is the excavator, the heavy machinery for healing.  I am beyond grateful that Rita exists and that I found her.”

Since I started working with Rita almost two years ago, she has opened many new doors in my life. The most important being to find who I truly am and help me traverse this earthly plane with love, compassion, and grace. Rita’s ability to tap into your energy field and help you interpret and understand what is really happening with your emotions is amazing. Rita has helped me connect with my true nature and my abilities to create an amazingly abundant life. It’s difficult to put into words what working with Rita is like, but here goes nothing.

I have been working with Rita for almost a year now and when I am an old man looking back at my life, I will see it as two separate chapters: life before and life after Rita. I’ve been a musician and performer for most of my life and was finding that my career was hitting dead end after dead end. My writer’s block had kicked into high gear for years and the joy I felt being a musician felt distant and fleeting.

Through my work with Rita, I discovered a completely new creative passion I never knew I would be good at: Stand Up Comedy. I realized that whenever I performed music, I would always try and make the audience laugh between songs or would write songs that made people laugh. Through my work with Rita, I was able to let go of ‘becoming’ and was able to simply ‘be’ the comedian that I always knew in my heart was there.

In a very short time, I have quickly launched a career in stand-up comedy and am performing at famous Chicago venues such as Zanies, The Laugh Factory and The Comedy Bar. I’ve found way more success as a comedian than I ever did as a musician for all those years. While I am on the road to living who I’ve always wanted to be, my work with Rita has helped me realize that I’m simply remembering who I’ve always been.

Every meeting with Rita feels like 10 therapy sessions in one. Each session has removed a layer of limiting beliefs, and replaced them with fundamental truth, empathy, and self-love. I’ve seen my world around me change in such beautiful ways and have created a completely new reality where I am the conscious creator for my own life.

I have been working with Rita for the past year. My admiration and respect continues to grow with each new session. Together, we have been addressing some deep rooted physical and emotional traumas I experienced when hit by a truck as a very little girl. A year ago I had another accident, and was diagnosed with cancer triggering unrealized emotions I was not processing from the past.

Rita encourages me to find my own potential to heal, and facilitates my personal power to navigate my challenges with grace. She constantly astounds me with her profound insight and knowledge, which in turn allows me to enlighten myself.

This has been a pivotal year in my life. I truly feel that my attitude and behavior would be quite different had I not had Rita by my side coaching me to wellness.
